Miles to go: Monitoring Progress in Teen Driver Safety (2012)

Read this second national report on teen driving, which focuses on the progress made in reducing teen driver-related crashes since 2005. The report broadens the context of the benchmarks established in the first report in the series, published last year, to observe trends over time,  state-specific motor vehicle crash fatality rates and injury stats for teens. It provides a snapshot on the progress and impact of teen driver safety initiatives to help policymakers, educators, and researchers set the agenda for future work to improve teen driver safety.
