New York Times -- The Challenge of Driving With Asperger's

New York Times -- A growing number of teens with Asperger's syndrome and other forms of autism are driving. Patty Huang, MD, a developmental pediatrician at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and member of the Center for Injury Research team at CHOP, weighs in on this trend in this article, which accompanies a previous article published yesterday in the paper's Science Times section on teens wtih ADHD and driving.  Although the challenges this special population of teens faces in learning to drive, there is help out there for parents in determining whether their teens should be allowed to begin this rite of passage.
