Teens Want to Be “Normal”
Information educators choose to put in front of teens can either focus on what can go wrong (drug dependency, teen pregnancy, car crashes) or what most teens are doing right (staying away from drugs, learning to drive safely, staying in school). Communication that emphasizes the truth about how most "normal" teens behave is the basis of most social marketing campaigns.
