How can teen drivers set car rules for passengers and take control of their car?
Teen drivers tend to behave differently when they are being observed.

Hint: All teens love to hang out with their friends. Expect that other students will believe passenger restrictions are going to ruin their social lives. Help them understand these temporary restrictions save lives and that none of these laws have anything to do with hanging out with friends, only how to safely arrive at your destination.
